Key Ingredients
As a powerful anti-inflammatory and decongestant, Eucalyptus loosens phlegm and clears congestion to reduce sinus pressure and allow for easier breathing. Eucalyptus can also stimulate an immune response that reduces the chances of catching any cold and flu viruses as kapha starts.
Brahmi is known for it's ability to stimulate strength and energy in the entire body. It has also been used to treat respiratory issues and elevated breathing.
Sandalwood has been used for thousands of years to calm the mind and relieve anxiety, reduce signs of aging and skin inflammation. It has spiritual significance and is said to bring devotees closer to God, and acts as a fixative in fragrances, ensuring they last longer on the skin.
How to Use
