Clear Beauty: Feed the Body, and the Skin Responds

This is why I believe in clear beauty.

Beauty isn’t something we apply to fix ourselves. It’s something that appears when the body is nourished, supported, and no longer burdened.

Your skin is not separate from your digestion, your nervous system, or your immune health. Skin is a mirror. It reflects what you eat, what you absorb, and what you place on your body.

When you feed your body with good nutrition, your skin tone changes. It softens. It brightens. It becomes more even and alive.

What You Put on Your Skin Matters as Much as What You Eat

Your skin eats too.

Everything you apply is absorbed into the body—so it should be as clean, simple, and nourishing as your food.

This is why I trust oils the body recognizes:

These oils don’t confuse the skin. They feed it.
