Shine Organic Ayurveda Vata Body Oil
Shine Vata Body Oil warms and lubricates the vata system, which governs movement in the body. Massage daily to restore balance and enhance strength, vitality and vigor. Ayurvedic medicine highly recommends a daily self-massage to restore calm and provide strength.
Vata dosha is composed of the elements air and space. Any motion in the body requires vata: swallowing, breathing, nerve impulses, muscle movements, thinking, bowel movements, urination, and menstruation. I absolutely love this oil. The aroma is delicious and delicate. Some ayurvedic oils have a very strong aroma but this is just so beautiful.
It feels nourishing and soothing. The actual oil is easy to apply, nourishing yet light and not sticky at all.
Very calming for the mind and body. Perfect for the vata person. And I highly recommend it.

I'm really enjoying this oil. I took a chance because rose scents usually conflict with my body chemistry. The rose essential oil in Shine smells nice on my skin--the scent holds true. It also lingers for a while. The oil absorbs quickly as well--no greasiness at all. I would only caveat you should like the scent of rose if you are interested in purchasing. I transferred some of this oil to a dropper bottle, so it's easier for me to use.
