Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Osi Oils ritual. If something isn’t right, email us at info@osioils.com and we’ll help.

Returns

• We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email info@osioils.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used products, for hygiene and safety reasons
• Gift cards
• [Final sale items, if applicable]
