Ritual Subscriptions

Subscribing to an Osi Oils ritual means your oils arrive on a schedule you choose, so your practice never runs dry. Here is how it works.

How your subscription works

  • When you subscribe, you choose a delivery frequency of every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months.
  • Your subscription renews automatically. We charge the payment method on file for each order on its scheduled date, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
  • You’ll receive an email reminder before each order is charged and shipped.
  • Subscription pricing: Ritual Sets are 30% off and individual products are 20% off the regular price.
  • Domestic (US) subscription orders ship free. International subscription orders are charged shipping at checkout rates.

Managing your subscription
You can skip an order, change your delivery frequency, swap products, pause, or cancel at any time. There’s no need to contact us. Just use either of these:

  • Your account: log in at osioils.com/account and select “Manage Subscription.”
  • Your email: use the “Manage Your Subscription” link in any subscription email.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. 
  • To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel at least 1 day before your next scheduled order date. Orders that have already been charged and processed will ship as normal.
  • Once cancelled, you won’t be charged again. Subscription pricing and subscriber benefits end with your final order.
  • If you have trouble cancelling online, email info@osioils.com and we’ll cancel it for you within one business day.

Failed payments
If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll notify you by email and try again. If payment still can’t be completed, your subscription may be paused until your payment details are updated.

Returns on subscription orders
Subscription orders follow our Return and Refund Policy. If you forgot to skip or cancel and received an order you didn’t want, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund.
