Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it’s on its way.
Shipping Rates
- United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged standard rates, calculated at checkout.
- International: Free standard shipping on orders over $175. Orders under $175 are charged standard rates, calculated at checkout.
- Subscriptions: Every domestic subscription order ships free. International subscription orders are charged standard rates.
Free shipping thresholds are based on your order total before taxes.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, and international orders within 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to redirect it. If you notice an error, email info@osioils.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, see our Return and Refund Policy. We’ll make it right.
